Advising a fortune 500 company, on employment issues pertaining to an acquisition of business and plant in Penang, Malaysia.


Advising and representing one of the world’s largest publicly traded P&C insurance companies, with respect to reinsurance claims pertaining to facultative reinsurance policies and enforcement of treaty reinsurance arbitral award, and contesting as lead, the restructuring of the debtor insurer.

Advising and representing directors of a public listed company, as to alleged minority oppression and breach of newly introduced provisions of the companies act 2016, in respect of proposed business merger.
