Meet The Team

Kah Hui had at commencement of his professional career practised at one of the country’s largest law firms, and then joined a member firm of an international law firm.  He was thereafter appointed as lead partner of the disputes resolution department of a midsize law firm (admitted under his charge into the Legal 500 Disputes Resolution). Prior to setting up his own legal practice, Kah Hui was the disputes resolution partner in a long established local law practice. 
 
Kah Hui has represented and regularly advises both local companies, MNCs and GLCs with respect to a diverse range of issues encompassing but not limited to banking law (conventional and syariah), company and securities law, construction, insurance/reinsurance, intellectual property, professional indemnity, property/land law, as well as in matters pertaining to employment and industrial relations.   
 
Kah Hui has given talks on a variety of topics both in closed seminars; to professionals in the banking industry; and to in house legal counsel of leading local, and multinational companies at events such as Inhouse Congress.
